ORLANDO GRANT

Orlando Grant is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in nonprofit management, community development, and grassroots organizing.

His career highlights include serving on various boards and successfully leveraging millions of dollars to support impactful initiatives.

As Board Chairman of the BLO Foundation for Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc., Orlando spearheaded efforts to provide two homes and award thousands of dollars in scholarships, positively impacting the Greater Cleveland community.

Known for his innovative approach to philanthropy, Orlando is deeply committed to serving Cleveland through creative and nontraditional methods.

A proud son of this vibrant community, he combines passion and dedication to drive meaningful change and empower others.

BRETT A. MOORE
Brett A. Moore, Sr., is a teacher and head boys basketball coach at East Tech High School in Cleveland, Ohio. As an educator, he received an accomplished rating on his annual evaluation in 2021 during his 16 years as leader of the boy’s basketball program, he currently holds the school record for career wins (254–117).

He has helped over 60 young men attain academic and athletic opportunities at the collegiate level with several of them going on to compete at the professional levels of their respective sports. Most notably, he is the coach and mentor of three valedictorians with a current athlete competing to become the fourth during his tenure.

KODI PRIDE

Kodi holds a bachelor’s degree in Health Science and a master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Duquesne University. For 20 years, Kodi has worked as an OTR/L in critical care and inpatient rehabilitation. She is also a federal business consultant supporting project implementation, resource management, and strategic planning across public and private systems. 

Serving the community is paramount in her life. Kodi’s a licensed minister, the founder of the Lorelle FAITH Foundation, a praise dancer/instructor, chaplain of Jack and Jill of America (Akron), a Cornerstone of Hope board member, and a member of the UH Rainbow parent and family council. Kodi is a 23-year member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated serving as the Great Lakes Regional Rituals Co-Chairperson and Spiritual Oversight Committee member, and the Chaplain of the official interest group of AKA, the CLE Pearls.

ERIC STITT

Eric was born and raised in Cleveland.  He is a c/o 1993 graduate of John F. Kennedy Senior High School.  As a student-athlete, Eric obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Kent State University and a master’s degree in public administration from Cleveland State University.   Eric’s desire to help others achieve their goals has led him to serve Cuyahoga County for over 25 years with the Cuyahoga Department of Jobs & Family Services. 

As a Team Leader in the Specialized Medicaid Benefits Center, Eric manages a team of Eligibility Specialists who determine eligibility for Medicaid, SNAP, childcare, and various cash benefits for Cuyahoga County residents in need.  During his employment with DCJFS, Eric served as a steering committee member of the Cuyahoga County Fatherhood Initiative.  Eric is a die-hard fan of all Cleveland sports teams and a rising Realtor. Eric is an active member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Incorporated, Delta Alpha Lambda chapter.
