CONSTANCE L. LUMB
Constance I. Lumb is a dedicated educator with 21 years of experience, a tireless advocate for underserved students with special needs. Her career has spanned major cities, beginning with her impactful work with unprivileged, overage, and under-accredited children in Chicago, IL, and Richmond, VA. Currently, she serves her hometown of Philadelphia, PA, as a Special Education Compliance Monitor, ensuring equitable educational opportunities for all students.
Constance holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Shippensburg University and a Master of Education from Arcadia University, both in Pennsylvania. She is a proud initiate of the Psi Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., and remains an active and committed member of the Rho Theta Omega Chapter.
Beyond her professional life, Constance is passionate about creating and exploring the world, a passion she enthusiastically shares with her students, inspiring them to envision a world without boundaries.
TAYLOR NASH
Taylor Nash is a multifaceted entrepreneur, licensed realtor, and aspiring physician whose work reflects a deep commitment to community, innovation, and service. A proud graduate of John Carroll University, Taylor is based in Cleveland, Ohio, where he works as a real estate professional with Keller Williams Greater Metropolitan, specializing in residential leasing, investment properties, and client-centered solutions that create long-term value.
In addition to his work in real estate, Taylor serves as an ophthalmic technician at Retina Associates, where he assists in providing high-quality eye care and gains valuable hands-on clinical experience.
His work in healthcare has strengthened his passion for medicine and inspired him to pursue a future as a physician.
Taylor is currently applying to medical school, with the goal of delivering accessible, preventative care to underserved communities.
He is also the founder of Twin Notary Services and actively supports small businesses and local residents through professional services and mentorship.

TYLER NASH
Tyler Nash is a finance and real estate professional with experience underwriting and executing over $153 million in commercial and residential transactions, spanning 810,000+ square feet across acquisitions and development.
He currently serves as an Acquisitions Associate at Scioto Properties, a national healthcare real estate investment firm, where he supports underwriting, due diligence, and deal sourcing for high-impact transactions across the country.
At Scioto, Tyler has played a key role in analyzing complex residential and commercial portfolios and supporting multi-million-dollar investment decisions.
His attention to detail, strong financial acumen, and collaborative mindset help drive strategic growth across the firm’s portfolio of real estate.

Tyler earned his MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University and a B.S.B.A. in Finance from John Carroll University, where he competed as a collegiate football player.
